Als deel van VDR, kan FFC vlotters op het water op schip die, en brengt signalen met plaats en identiteitskaart-informatie over om op zijn plaats te wijzen slopen;
Het signaal door:sturen door internationale onderzoek en reddingssatelliet, die om het even welk gebied in globaal behandelt.
